What information do we collect about you?

Miradorus collects personal information when you place an order with us for the services we provide.

Services

We will use your data to fulfil contracts entered into between you and us to provide you with the services that you request from us. If you have emailed us directly your contact details will be kept within our encrypted email account or on file if you have become a client of Miradorus.

Contact forms and email links

Should you choose to contact us using an email link, none of the data that you supply will be passed to / be processed by any of the third party data processors defined. The data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

Cookies are used on this site to to track the numbers of visitors to our site but do not collect any personal information or store IP addresses locally on our site.

Marketing Mailing List

We will use the information collected to send you marketing emails which consists of: information  about our products, blogs, podcasts, video and social media we share, and any offers or events we may be running.

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics (GA) to track user interaction. We use this data to determine the number of people using our site, to better understand how they find and use our web pages and to see their journey through the website.

Your website account information will be retained online on our website and protected behind our hosting provider’s firewall.  As with any such host’s website there is no absolute guarantee of security. If you feel this not sufficient then please do not provide any personal information or let us know and we will dispose of the information, securely of course.

Mailerlite is a very popular service used for creating and sending marketing emails. We consider Mailerlite to be a third party data processor. Your email address will remain within Mailerlite for as long as we continue to use Mailerlite services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the listings.

Your data is protected in line with the Mailerlite Privacy Policy.

On Dropbox

Dropbox is a cloud-based file storage solution. We consider DropBox to be a third party data processor.
