Sue Farmer – Sue has more than 20 years experience in leading business critical initiatives for organisations in a variety of sectors, ranging from IT, financial services and facilities management to travel, entertainment and retail.  

As well as helping her to identify and implement a number of merger and acquisition initiatives, Sue’s pragmatic approach has enabled her to successfully launch two organisations onto the UK market. Wherever she has worked, her strong leadership, business development and interpersonal skills have been critical in enabling both individuals and teams at all levels of the organisation to improve performance and deliver exceptional business results.

Jenny Powell – Jenny has more than 25 years experience in implementing training and consulting initiatives in both SMEs and Fortune 500 companies across a broad range of industries, from logistics and engineering, to professional services and recruitment.

Jenny uses her excellent relationship skills to help her clients deliver transformational change through improved sales and service performance. Jenny has herself been an integral part of the team responsible for merging three companies and successfully integrating their unique corporate cultures. She has also been part of a management buyout of the business for which she was responsible, going on to grow the business to a level that enabled its sale five years later.

The Miradorus Team - Colin Lewis

Colin Lewis – Colin is a dynamic Group Managing Director with a long and successful international career in both the aerospace and industrial sectors.

As a non-executive director, Colin brings a wealth of skills and experience both to Miradorus and to our clients, drawing on his understanding and insight into disciplines as diverse as change management, business development, operational excellence, mergers and acquisitions.

His strong interpersonal skills and understanding of what makes business people tick make him a powerful leader, coach, mentor and negotiator – and give him an innate ability to instil strategic vision and purpose to the stakeholders he works alongside.
